NEWS: Price Increase Hits Behind-the-Scenes Tours at Disney World

The time for price increases has begun in Disney World once again.

We know, we dislike it too, but we unfortunately can’t stop it from happening — we can only tell you about the changes to help you prepare for your upcoming vacation. We’ve seen price hikes hit park tickets, annual passes, and hundreds of menu items in Disney World recently, but now another group of experiences is getting hit — special tours will now cost you more in Disney World.

Special tours in Disney World are add-on features that are not necessary to your vacation, so if you weren’t planning on booking one anyway, then this may not affect you! However, these tours are great ways to plus-up your vacation and make some extra special memories.

There are a few different tours available around Disney World Resort. Price increases have now hit the following:

Behind the Seeds

• Previously: $39-$45 per person
• Now: $39-$49 per person

Keys to the Kingdom

• Previously: $149-$169 per person
• Now: $169 to $189 per person

Savor the Savanna

• Previously: $189-$199 per person
• Now: $199-$209 per person

Starlight Safari

• Previously: $75.65–$89 per person
• Now: $75.65–$99 per person

Wild Africa Trek

• Previously: $219–$229 per person
• Now: $229-$239 per person

These new prices go into effect immediately for tours and add-ons that have not previously been booked, so if you’re visiting the parks soon, these are the new prices you’ll pay.
