Yes, The Beak and Barrel will open on August 29th, and it’s already proved so popular that there have been issues with folks trying to make reservations for it. We recently got a look at the bar’s menu (and yes, it will serve alcohol), but now Disney has dropped a NEW look at some of its menu items.

Disney dropped a new TikTok video highlighting some of the food and drinks you’ll see at Beak and Barrel, including Island Provisions with plantain chips, blue corn tortillas, and toasted flatbread served with various savory dips.

We also got another look at the Plunderer’s Punch, made with Kraken Black Spiced Rum, blackberry, vanilla, and a hint of citrus. Plus, it comes with a pirate skull mug you can take home as souvenir treasure.

The Kraken’s Catch might be the most interesting thing on the menu. It’s a cold salad with octopus tentacles marinated in lemon and lime juice and paired with olives, bell peppers, avocado, and Piquillo pepper-almond foam.

The Salty Seas mARRRgarita is inspired by Southeast Asian flavors, including Ube, which gives it a unique purple color. It’s also made with Lalo Blanco Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, and lime.

That’s just the tip of the iceberg, though. You’ll also find the Port of Call with Port of Call with London Dry Gin, Ruby Port, lemon juice, and spiced cranberry. You can also eat Cook’s Corn Griddle Cakes, which are warm corn cakes stuffed with melted cheese, lime sour cream, and chili peppers, topped with cotija cheese. You can choose to get the cakes with roasted corn and poblano peppers or with chipotle-braised chicken.

Other drinks available include the very blue Siren’s Whisper with Pot & Column Still White Rum with citrus and spice, as well as The Treasure Trove, an imaginative non-alcoholic beverage with a mix of ube, lemon, and coconut. It comes with a vanilla cake plank, chocolate cannonball, and golden caramel popcorn.
