Disney Just CHANGED an Iconic EPCOT Snack and We Have THOUGHTS

Disney World changes its restaurant menus all the time. Sometimes, those changes are GREAT, and sometimes, we aren’t so happy about some of the changes (and sometimes, Disney reverts those changes, like with Columbia Harbour House’s hush puppies and the Sleepy Hollow waffles).

Recently, we noticed a big menu change in EPCOT that saw one of our favorite snacks, the Pepperoni Pizza Rolls at Sunshine Seasons, disappear. It was replaced by a Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza, but does the new snack compare? We found out.

If you’ll recall, we really liked the Pepperoni Pizza Rolls. Its replacement, the Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza is served with chips or side salad for $12.99. With just one bite, we determined this tastes better than the flatbreads at Pinocchio Village Haus in Magic Kingdom. Now it looks similar to those flatbreads, but the crust is a bit more of that doughy flour crust, which we prefer. We also found it had more sauce.

However, this is just a standard pepperoni pizza on flatbread, although we think it’s even more flavorful than the pepperoni pizza roll. This is also a better portion size than the roll and could even be shareable.
