One of Our Favorite Disney World Snacks Is GONE! Here’s What To Eat Instead

It’s a sad day for Disney World Snack Connoisseurs. One of our favorite snacks is no longer available, and we’re pretty bummed about it.

You can usually find us munching on these fries as we walk around Animal Kingdom, but now we’re going to have to find new snacks to try.

Flame Tree Barbecue in Animal Kingdom has officially removed A-Maize-ing Magic Munch Fries from the menu. Yeah, they were pretty amazing!

These French fries were topped with sweet corn, chipotle mayo, chili-lime-spice cotija cheese, and popcorn. We know this sounds like a wild combination, but there was a bit of spice combined with the sweet corn and lime to balance it out. We loved it!

Now that these fries are gone, what snacks should you get instead? Don’t worry — Animal Kingdom has some of our favorite snacks around every corner!

First up, we love the Corn on the Cob from Harambe Fruit Market. You can get this with or without African spices, but we recommend with. It’s a simple snack that is satisfying and fits into the theme of Animal Kingdom.

Another snack we can’t pass up is the Cheeseburger Steamed Pods from Satu’li Canteen. They’re like cheeseburger-flavored bao buns! We love to eat a few after riding Flight of Passage or before to gain energy for the queue.

If you’re still craving fries, the Seasoned Fries at Mr. Kamal’s might do the trick. They’re exactly what they sound like — seasoned fries! There’s plenty of seasoning on top, and they come with dripping sauces to try, too.

For a loaded fries option, we also love the Black Garlic, Truffle, and Parmesan Fries from Flame Tree Barbecue. These French fries are topped with black garlic-truffle aioli and Parmesan cheese.
