The first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has finally arrived and we’re ready to party!
We’ve been trying to contain our excitement for this exclusive event ever since we spotted Christmas decorations going up in Magic Kingdom and now it’s here. We’re so excited to try out new treats, meet with over 50 characters, and take in the night’s exclusive parade and fireworks. So let’s get to it!
Note: We’ll continue updating this post throughout the evening, so keep checking back for updates!
We’re out on the first night of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom this holiday season. On select nights starting November 8th through December 20th, partygoers will enjoy an exclusive ticketed event ringing in the holiday season after the regular park day has ended.
Attending one of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Parties is one of our favorite events of the year in Disney World and it’s a popular event that continues to garner even more to see and do with its exclusive lineup of delicious eats and drinks, exciting entertainment, exclusive party merchandise, and more.
So without further adieu, let’s head on into the party and get this holiday season started!
Getting Started
Our girls, Emma, Quincy, and Myranda are here ready to bring you all the information from the party! Let’s go!

If you’re not already in the park but plan to come in early for the party, you can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4PM. Upon arriving to the entrance gate, you’ll scan into the park using your party ticket and immediately see a Cast Member to get a wristband.
However, if you’re already inside Magic Kingdom and plan to stay for the night’s party, there are several locations throughout the park where you can see a Cast Member to have your party ticket scanned and receive your party wristband.
Map
Shortly after you enter the park you’re offered or will have a chance to pick up a park map detailing the night’s festivities.
Inside you’ll find showtimes, available attractions and rides, entertainment offerings, cookie stops, and character meet-and-greet locations.
We were also able to grab our FREE ornament for this year’s party as we picked up our wristbands.

Photo Ops
Don’t get too busy to stop and snap a few festive pics! There are several photo ops stationed around the park to stop by and get your picture taken inside. This one below can be found to the right of the hub on your way to Tomorrowland.
Merchandise
Of course, it wouldn’t be much of a party without the ever-popular exclusive party merchandise! You’ll typically find these collections inside of the Emporium on Main Street U.S.A. and inside Star Traders located in Tomorrowland!
Let’s take a closer look at what’s available this year!
One item we think that will be popular is this party-exclusive Lug bag for $65.
We also love this passholder-exclusive shirt with the toy soldiers for $34.99!
We’ll be trying everything there is to do during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party so be sure to stay tuned with us at AllEars for all the updates!
Food
You know us and we can’t help but think of all the party-exclusive eats, treats, and sips to try throughout the night! When you pick up a park map, you’ll find all of the restaurants and snack carts marked that will be open during the event!
If you’re looking to pick up a few more complimentary treats and drinks along your journey, use your map to find the nearest location to you and stop by for a cookie and drink! First up, we stopped by Aloha Isle for a refreshing set of floats. We tried the Holiday Pineapple-Orange-Guava Juice Float for $9 and the Cranberry Citrus Float for $6.49. Overall, the winner to us was the cranberry float.
We also LOVED the offerings at Casey’s Corner. We tried four different items here: the Holiday Dinner Loaded Fries, the Holiday Dinner Hot Dog, the Candy Cane Tart, and the Black Currant and Mint Lemonade. The highlight for us was there Holiday Dinner Loaded Fries.
We have tried SO MANY new items at the party so be sure to check out our full review below.

Entertainment
The immensely popular Frozen Holiday Surprise show is BACK for another season! You can catch this one on the stage in front of Cinderella Castle early in the night! But, if you miss it during the party, you can also see this show even if you’re not attending on a party night.
Of course, you can’t miss seeing the popular Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade performing nightly at multiple showtimes from Frontierland through Main Street U.S.A.
You can see Mickey and Minnie and a LOT of their friends.
You can’t miss the iconic toy soldiers as they march by!
Don’t forget about Santa!
We also got our groove on with a few of our Disney pals during Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration stage show! And you can’t miss the dazzling display of fireworks you’ll only find at the party during Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show!
