NEW Treats and Experiences Coming to Universal Orlando in October!

Universal has just announced that there are some VERY special opportunities coming to Universal Orlando and Universal Hollywood Resorts soon to celebrate the release of an upcoming film.

Wicked, based on the Tony award-winning musical of the same (which is based on Gregory Maguire’s 1995 novel “Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West”), is coming to theaters on November 22nd. To celebrate this highly anticipated film, exciting new opportunities will be available soon!

Universal has announced that starting in late October, guests will be able to experience Wicked: The Experience at Universal Orlando. It’ll be housed in the former UNIVRS store with adjacent retails stores a few steps away from the front gate.

Here, guests will be taken away to Oz where they’ll be able to walk down the Yellow Brick Road and visit iconic Wicked locations like Shiz University and the Emerald City. You’ll also be able to see props and costumes from the film! Around the same time, Universal Studios Hollywood will turn the Feature Presentation store and the UNIVRS store at Universal CityWalk Hollywood into memorable Wicked experiences with props from the film, a photo op, and costumes that will be displayed at the Universal Cinema.

Special themed snacks and drinks will also be coming to the theme parks on both coasts, as well as Voodoo Doughnuts and The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen.

If you’ve ever wanted to attend Shiz University like Glinda and Elphaba, you’re in luck! You’ll be able to check out the Shiz University collection which will include items like a Spirit Jersey, duffle bag, tumbler, hat, journal, and more.
