Disney World Restaurants With Such Good Reviews We PROMISE You’ll Love Them

If there’s one thing we love doing at Disney World, it’s eating!

You pretty much have every option you could ever want like food carts, table service restaurants, and quick service restaurants. Speaking of all those restaurant options, there are some of them that just have the best reviews, and we promise they’re spots you’re going to love!

Now, we’ve got three (3) restaurants per park, so let’s dive right in!

Animal Kingdom

Nomad Lounge

First up, we’ve got the Nomad Lounge which is located right next to Tiffins.

AE reader nlg0517 gave a rating of 8 out of 10 and shared, “We were lucky to get a spot on the waitlist within 10 minutes of checking. Originally they were going to seat us with another group but granted our request for a private sitting area. The service was very good. There were people in our party with a gluten allergy and he was very conscientious about it. I ordered the Jenn’s tattoo which a little too sweet for my liking. The watermelon over powered the hibiscus flavor. My daughter had the Zingiber Fizz which was really good. We split the churros and had some charcuterie. The churros were very good, crispy and light not greasy at all. The charcuterie is a pretty straightforward board. Tiffins is one of my favorite places to eat so I’m glad the Nomad lounge was just as good.”

We shared Tiffins bread service and pineapple-glazed pork belly and they were both delicious. I didn’t expect much from the food in Disney but the food and service blew my mind. A very pleasant surprise.”

Satu’li Canteen

Next, we’ve got the Satu’li Canteen, which you can find in Pandora – The World of Avatar.

I’ve tried the cheeseburger pods many times, delicious with the garlic herb sauce to dip in. The pretzel dog kids item is even pretty good. I usually get a chicken bowl and my base varies, almost always the creamy herb sauce but I do enjoy the green one too. I have tried the salad base in the past and loved it but it has changed and I’ve not had the new one. I think my favorite is the hash base, with the noodles being a close 2nd. The desserts here are delicious too. There is a ton of seating, self serve drink stations, real silverware and plates and comfy booths to sit in.”

I had the cheeseburger pod that were really good, but the slaw that came with had some kind of citrus boba that really did mess with the slaw at all. Overall quick and friendly service, free refill station, and pretty clean.”

Tusker House

Next, we’ve got the Tusker House restaurant which you can find in the Africa section of Animal Kingdom.

Hollywood Studios

BaseLine Tap House

Next, we’ve got BaseLine Tap House, which you can find in the Grand Avenue.

Her drink and my beer were excellent, but the price was $28 for the two drinks. Service was very friendly and attentive. The bar was very clean, had a nice atmosphere and there was plenty of places to sit. All around a nice experience.”

Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo

Next, we’ve got the Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo restaurant, and you can find it in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Hollywood Brown Derby

Next, we’ve looking at the Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant, and you can find it on Hollywood Boulevard.

AE reader DrDeniseRae gave a rating of 9 out of 10 and shared, “As a family of 6 with some picky eaters and a vegetarian, the Brown Derby has managed to be a hit with all family members and is one that we reserve every time we go to Hollywood Studios! Whenever we have friends or other family in tow, we take them here! The servers have always been friendly and helpful.”

We just happened to get a walk up spot, and I’m so happy we did. We got two appetizers, escargot and burrata. Amazing! My son got the chicken. Husband got the steak. I got the salmon. All were perfect! I also had the signature grapefruit martini and my son got a Shirley Temple. Yes, my husband gasped a little when he saw the bill, but then he proclaimed, “Worth it!”

EPCOT

Yorkshire County Fish Shop

Next, we’re heading to the Yorkshire County Fish Shop, which you can find in the UK Pavilion.

AE reader ShelbySchroepfer90 gave a rating of 10 out of 10 and shared, “ – They only have one thing and they do it well. Fish is always crispy and salty and chips are thick steak fry style chips that are hot and fresh. Large portion could split for a small snack for sure.”

This one hit the spot! The fish & chips are fantastic and the portion is HUGE. My wife and I both shared 1 portion and it filled both of us up…not too much and not too little…just perfect. Definitely recommend if you want a quick bite.”

Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie

Next, let’s visit Les Halles which is located in the France Pavilion.

Biergarten

It is not the best food you will eat at Disney but is still pretty good. The staff is excellent, the entertainment was great, and the theming is amazing. The restroom was also very clean as well as the restaurant. I will be back.”

Sleepy Hollow

Next, let’s talk about Sleepy Hollow which is in Liberty Square, right next to Cinderella Castle.

The corn dog is a very meaty corn dog, almost burnt. Perfection. Will totally fill you up for a good four hours. Better than the nuggets at Casey’s Corner for sure. Stop here before the fireworks. Not a bad place for the fireworks either if you are a casual watcher. The Mickey Waffle is a larger size covered in strawberries and whipped cream. Great way to start your Magic Kingdom day”

Columbia Harbour House

Next, let’s hit up Columbia Harbour House, which is in Liberty Square across from the Haunted Mansion.

An anonymous reader gave a rating of 9 out of 10 and shared, “I mobile ordered lunch here in early August and got the kid’s salmon as I had had a large breakfast and just wanted something small. This was one of the best meals of my trip! The salmon was well-cooked and seasoned, and the rice and green beans were a refreshing change from the usual quick-service fries. If I were on a longer trip, I can see myself eating here multiple times because finding a good quick-service meal that’s filling and refreshing rather than heavy is tough. The cons would be a chaotic entry/order pickup process since this place is so popular. There was a line to get in that the cast members were trying their best to manage, but there were many confused guests that held up the line by somehow not knowing how restaurants or lines operated. There was a long line at mobile order, so I waited quite a bit but it was worth it for a nice meal.”

Our group had shrimp platters and chicken finger platters as well as orders of hush puppies. The shrimp was fried and cooked perfect. The sides of fries were very large that came with the meals. The chicken fingers were also good and did not taste fishy. Hush puppies were very good. Lots of indoor seating and AC!”

Adventureland Spring Roll Cart

Last up, we’ve got the Adventureland Spring Roll Cart which can be found at the entrance to Adventureland.

An anonymous reader gave a rating of 10 out of 10 and shared, “First time hitting this cart. Our group had both the cheeseburger and pizza spring rolls and enjoyed both. They were served hot and with sides of sauce. The rolls were crispy but not overdone.”

All the flavors of a mcdonalds burger wrapped into a crispy shell. I wish they would change out the other flavor more often. We’ve had pepperoni for like 3 years now. I did love the buffalo chicken when they had it!”
