The 3 EPCOT Restaurants Experts Always Try to Gatekeep

When it comes to choosing a place to eat in EPCOT, you’ve got a TON of choices, and all we can say is “good luck choosing.”

World Showcase

EPCOT has so many great restaurants, both table service and quick service, and it’s really hard to tell you which one is everyone’s favorite. But let’s talk about those EPCOT restaurants not everyone mentions, those that people like us tend to keep quiet about because we don’t want to share our best EPCOT dining secrets. Well, we’re breaking our silence and telling you about three of our personal underrated faves.

We want to hear YOUR thoughts! Leave a review right here on AllEars for the restaurants you’ve been to so you can help out fellow Disney lovers planning their next trip!

These are our three favorite underrated EPCOT restaurants, and yes, feel free to share this with your families and friends — we really don’t mind.

Spice Road Table

It almost bothers us how many people seem to be sleeping on Spice Road Table in the Morocco Pavilion. Maybe it’s because there are a lot of Disney World visitors that are averse to spicy food and the name just turns them off. Maybe it’s something else. But in our opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in EPCOT where you can truly get some unique meals with Mediterranean-inspired flavors.

Spice Road Table

The menu here features tapas-style plates, and you are not living life until you’ve tried the Hummus Fries and the Pomegranate-Chili Crispy Cauliflower. We’re also big fans of the Naan Spreads because who doesn’t love Naan bread and dipping sauce?

However, this restaurant is also all about location. Dining at Spice Road Table means you get some great views of World Showcase Lagoon, which also means you get great views of the nighttime EPCOT show, too. Great food and great views, what’s not to love?

Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar

Okay, so we know a lot of people see the words “wine cellar” and think that Tutto Gusto is just a spot to grab wine. That is if you even see this little hidden spot in the Italy Pavilion. But you can get food here, too, and without a wait or needing a reservation like you do for Tutto Italia Ristorante right next door.

It’s hidden in here

You can order that delicious Tagliatere plate for two (charcuterie for two), as well as get some traditional Italian fare like pasta, steak, and a variety of desserts. As we said, this is WAY more than a wine cellar. We’re fans of the “Fior Di Latte” Caprese, which is a classic Caprese salad, as well as the Gnocchi Sorrentina, which is a hearty meal in and of itself.

Of course, there’s also an EXCELLENT wine selection and you can even order wine flights to go with your meal.

La Crêperie de Paris

Okay, we have an honorable mention here because we don’t feel like La Crêperie de Paris gets enough attention. It’s tucked away in the France Pavilion, next to the Crêperie window. However, the table service restaurant is WAY better than the quick service crêpe option here and is worth the time it takes to make a reservation.

La Creperie de Paris

So you can imagine what’s on the menu here: savory crêpes, aka “galettes” and sweet crêpes. However, you can also get a delicious French Onion Soup here, and if you’ve saved your appetite, we recommend going for the prix fixe menu where you can get a starter (like that soup), a savory crêpe, and a sweet crêpe — it’s the best of all worlds.

Saumon (Salmon) galette

The menu also features some delicious ciders, which, yes, is the traditional booze pairing with crêpe in France.
