Prepare to feel insanely jealous. If you’re a Halloween Horror Nights fan, you’re the type of adrenaline junkie who loves a good scare. There’s something extra spooky about a theme park after dark — especially when there are ghoulish creatures and chainsaw-wielding lunatics on the loose.

But there’s one thing missing from the Universal Studios Orlando event this year, and yes, we’re feeling a little bit of FOMO right now. Wait until you see what they’re cooking up at Universal Studios Japan.
This fall, you’re going to have to travel all the way to Osaka if you want the ultimate Halloween Horror Nights experience. Universal Studios Japan is hosting a FIRST-EVER all-night Halloween Horror Night. That’s right. All. Night.

On Friday, October 18th, you can enter Universal Studios Japan starting at 3PM and stick around all night. The event doesn’t end until 5AM on Saturday, October 19th. That’s 14 hours (!!!) of FUN.

You might encounter the Blue Rose Troop, described as “a security force led by Ado, their captain,” as they “face off against an onslaught of vicious zombies!” We don’t know about you, but that looks like a SCARY bunch of zombies. Stay away from those guys!

Oh, and look out for Chucky’s Carnival of Chaos, where Chucky goes on a rampage at a crazy carnival. This one is restricted to those ages 15 and up. That’s how you KNOW it’s going to be scary.

Universal teased tons of event-exclusive scares, like street zombies, a Zombie Dance event, and a “super special show” exclusively for all-night participants!
Plus, you’ll have access to the park’s popular attractions all night long. Tickets are available now though Monday, September 30th. This could be a popular event, so if you’re interested, act FAST!

For the rest of us who can’t easily travel to Japan, we’ll have to stick with the event in Orlando. Petition for Universal Studios Florida to adopt this event? We’re seriously jealous — imagine all the things we could do during an ALL-NIGHT Halloween Horror Nights event.

Looking for some outfit inspiration for your next trip to Universal? We’ve got you covered!
In the meantime, we’re always on the lookout for the latest theme park news, so stay tuned for more.
