If you’ve been planning a trip to Disney World, you’ve probably already decided on your trip dates, how long you’ll stay, and which hotel you’re staying at.

Of course, you still need to figure out HOW to get to Disney World. More than likely, you’ll want to fly into Orlando International Airport. The good news? New nonstop flights from all over the world are getting added to the Orlando Airport all the time.
So let’s take a look at the new nonstop flights added to Orlando International Airport in May 2024.
Sun Country Airlines

- Eau Claire, Wisconsin (through August 19th)
Flair Airlines

Subject to government approval:
- Kitchener-Waterloo (October 29th)
- Toronto-Pearson (December 16th)
- London, ON (December 20th)
- Saint John, NB (December 22nd)
Allegiant Air

- Allentown, PA
- Asheville, NC
- Knoxville, TN
Frontier Airlines

- Cancun, Mexico
- St. Maarten, Neth. Antilles
- St. Croix, USVI (seasonal)
Silver Airways

- Pensacola, FL (until August 18th)
So you now have even more options for flying into Orlando International Airport. Pro tip: when flying back home from Orlando, be sure to take advantage of the free MCO Reserve service that lets you set an appointment time to go through security. You’ll get a much shorter security line that way.

You’ll also need to figure out how you’re getting from Orlando International Airport to Disney World. You have quite a few options, including renting a car, using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, or taking a shared shuttle like Mears Connect Driven by Sunshine.
However, did you know that Orlando has another airport? It’s Orlando Sanford International Airport and it’s about 45 miles from Disney World. Depending on where you’re flying from, it could be more convenient — and cheaper — to use that airport instead. We just want to make sure you know about all your options.
