These Will Be the Hardest Disney World Hotel Reservations To Get in 2025

Already planning your 2025 Disney World vacation? Whoo hoo! We’re here to help!

Coronado Springs

One of the first things you’ll need to decide is where you’d like to stay. If you want to stay on Disney World property, aka the Disney Bubble you may want to book THESE hotels extra early — grabbing reservations will be trickier in 2025!

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

In late 2024, the new Disney Vacation Club (DVC) building will finally open at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, which means people may be flocking to stay at this hotel in 2025.

Even if guests aren’t DVC members and/or aren’t staying in the new building, there’s nothing stopping guests from walking over and exploring the building (and that goes for ANY Disney guests — you don’t even need to be staying at a hotel, just take the Monorail over)!

Reservations open SOON for this new DVC tower!

Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground

To be specific, the campgrounds at this resort likely will stay the same, but with the new cabins being installed this summer, we’re expecting lots of people to book their 2025 vacations here to check them out!

Now, these new cabins are for DVC members as well, but just like with any DVC room, you can rent DVC points in a safe and reliable way from our friends at David’s Vacation Club Rentals!

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort

The beginning of 2025 will be a little difficult for Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, because rooms in the hotel and its main pool, Stormalong Bay, will be closed for refurbishment through May and June 2025 respectively.

However, this means that once those refurbishments are done, we expect reservations to start pouring in. While we wouldn’t recommend staying here necessarily during the construction, we DO recommend grabbing that reservation after June 2024 ASAP!

Disney’s BoardWalk Inn

While renovations on the BoardWalk Inn rooms itself are still ongoing (hopefully to be completed soon!), the BoardWalk is getting some exciting new additions in late 2024 that will make 2025 the year to stay at this hotel!

We’re especially looking forward to getting the Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers in the area, as well as Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs! Of course, you don’t need to be staying at this hotel to experience these attractions — you can take Disney transportation over to the BoardWalk!

  1. We’ll be at the Boardwalk and Polynesian. We are DVC members and these are our home resorts. We do not care much for Iger’s Woke Agenda or the new creative releases, save for Moana, Coco and Encanto, but we still go for the old magic. Bob Iger will be gone soon enough and his destructive hand will be replaced by someone we hope will be a far better CEO.

  2. Won’t be staying at any of the hotels, just returned from a 14 night stay at WDW & it was the worst I have had over the 30 years of visiting,it appears Disney have lost the plot in many areas
