NEW dining options are coming to Downtown Disney!
A while back, Disneyland Resort announced that Downtown Disney would be getting a major makeover, including several new restaurants. We’ve been watching the construction and looking out for new details…and now we’ve got a closer look at two restaurants coming soon!
Disney previously revealed that two spots called Paseo and Céntrico would be added to Downtown Disney. Now, we know there will also be a third place connected with these two — a quick-service restaurant named Tiendita.
Along with the Tiendita announcement, Disney shared a sneak peek at Paseo and Céntrico. It looks like the two restaurants will be located directly across from each other. Paseo will be an upstairs dining room and Céntrico will be a first-floor courtyard bar and restaurant.
All three spots have menus created by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán. The two table service options will offer upscale Mexican cuisine and tequila-based cocktails, while Tiendita next door will have Mexican street-food staples.
Paseo and Céntrico have been confirmed to open later this spring — we can’t wait to check them out! We’ll make sure to share more details as soon as we find out about the menus and official opening date.
