When you look at food prices at Disney World, doesn’t it make you wish you could eat from the kids’ menu?

I mean, you’ve got tons of options when it comes to Disney World — Quick Service, Table Service, Character Dining, Food Carts, and more. But the common thread among all of them is the price (meaning they’re EXPENSIVE). If you didn’t already know, there is another option that you can take advantage of and it might surprise you how much food you get and how inexpensive they are! So let’s talk about those kids’ meals!
Just to set the record straight, there is nothing that prevents you from ordering off the kids’ menu at Quick Service restaurants in Disney World. You have your choice of going right up to the counter or using Mobile Order in the My Disney Experience App, so take advantage of the opportunity and get something from the menu that’s both delicious and doesn’t break the bank! So, let’s go over a couple of options you’ll want to consider on your next Disney World trip.
Cheeseburger Steamed Pod at Satu’li Canteen (Animal Kingdom)
If you’re not familiar, Cheeseburger Pods are just plain delicious! They are stuffed with ground beef, ketchup, mustard, pickle, and cheddar cheese, all steamed in a bao bun. On the kids’ menu, you can have one pod served with vegetable chips and cuties for $8.59. Trust us, this one pod is quite filling!

Kid Tacos at La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico (EPCOT)
Hungry for a taco? Then head on over to La Cantina de San Angel where you can order the chicken tacos. They are marinated grilled chicken on homemade corn tortillas served with tortilla chips and nacho cheese. The meal also comes with a choice of drink. It’s all for just $9.50.

Woody’s Lunchbox has you covered when you have that craving for a good old grilled cheese sandwich. The meal comes with a half-sandwich with three types of melted cheese on grilled sourdough bread, cuties, potato barrels, and your choice of drink. It’s all for just $6.99. Trust us, this is plenty of food to get you through!

Any of the kids’ meals at Columbia Harbour House (Magic Kingdom)
Columbia Harbour House is one of those restaurants at Magic Kingdom that the pros consistently choose. They’ve got more than just seafood in case you didn’t know. You can’t go wrong with the chicken strips ($8.49) or the fried shrimp ($8.59) from the kids’ menu. Either meal comes with two sides (rice and green beans). Don’t pass this spot up!

Pizza at Connections Eatery (EPCOT)
If pizza is high on your list, you should head on over to Connections Eatery. The meal comes with a slice of pizza, cuties, coleslaw, and your choice of drink. It’s all for just $7.79.

Let’s head on back to Satu’li Canteen — Honestly, we could order from there always! Another option from the kid’s menu that you need to check out is the Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl. This is really delicious! You can choose between rice and beans or romaine and kale salad for the base. (You can’t go wrong with either!) It also comes with your choice of drink all for $8.79.
