We love when Universal Orlando surprises us with good news!
Minion Land has recently started to open in Universal, and we’ve gotten to check out the new restaurant as well as some of the new stores, but there’s been one big thing we’ve been waiting on — the new ride! We weren’t expecting it to open for a few more days, but surprise, it soft opened today!
Villain-Con Minion Blast is the new ride in Minion Land, and it’s located in the former Shrek 4-D building.
This is a unique blaster attraction that takes you to Villain-Con, where guests stand on a moving platform while they use Freeze Rays, Banana Bombs, Explosive Nunchucks, and more to create chaos on screen to earn points.
The soft opening is open to all guests in the parks, so if you’re in the park today, be sure to stop by and check out the new attraction! Stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Minion Land news.
