See What Celebrity Thinks Disney CEO Bob Iger “Does Not Need” His Advice

Since Bob Iger returned as CEO of the Walt Disney Company, we’ve heard from quite a few celebrities who wanted to congratulate the second-time Disney executive.

From Disney stars like Josh Gad (who voices Olaf from Frozen) to Lucasfilm executive Matt Martin and even former CEO Michael Eisner, it was a warm return for the leader of the company. And now, another celebrity has a message for Bob Iger.

Disney star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson doesn’t think Bob Iger needs any advice from him. The actor and businessman was asked about the CEO in an interview with CNBC’s Squawk on the Street.

Johnson continued, “Over the years he’s been a tremendous mentor and friend. I’m very happy to see him back and there’s tremendous ambition with that man that I really admire.”

He shared that Iger was “instrumental” in getting deals with ESPN and ABC for the XFL partnership, with which Johnson was also involved. You can check out the comments in the video below:

Like Johnson, many Disney fans are happy to see Iger back at the helm. And, after the recent announcements regarding more guest perks in the parks, fans are even more excited to see what Iger might do next.
