There’s no avoiding it — it’s refurbishment season at Disney parks and resorts across the world.
Another resort just announced a closure that might affect your next trip.
Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii will be closing two of their slides for refurbishment in the near future! The Tubestone Curl tube slide will be unavailable from February 20th until March 10th, 2023, while the Volcanic Vertical body slide will be closed from January 16th until February 3rd, 2023.
If you have a trip booked during these dates, you don’t have to worry! There are still plenty of other areas around the resort to enjoy some time in the water. The Volcanic Vertical water slide and Keiki Cove splash zone are available for kids, while those who want to get some laps in or relax on a floatie can head over to one of their many pools.
