Disney Announces Title For 'National Treasure' Series

“I’m going to steal the Declaration of Independence.”

If you know that line, you’re likely a big fan of the National Treasure movies. Well, now that a National Treasure series is on its way to Disney+, there’s something even more to get excited about. Now, we know the title of that new series!

The National Treasure series is a continuation of the movies and will have the same writers and producers involved. The series stars Lisette Alexis as Jess Morales, a 20-year-old woman trying to uncover her family’s strange history while also searching for hidden treasure.

The series will even bring back actor Justin Bantha to reprise his role from the movies as computer expert Riley Poole. The series will also star Lyndon Smith, Zuri Reed, Jake Austin Walker, Antonio Cipriano, Jordan Rodrigues, and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Now, though, we know what the series will be called: National Treasure: Edge of History!

Disney has not yet announced a release date for the series, but we’ll let you know when they do.
