Spring treats are popping up all over Walt Disney World!

Recently, we’ve spotted everything from St. Patrick’s Day goodies to a NEW spot to grab Dole Whip! Now that April has arrived, one of our favorite sweet spots in Disney Springs has released its monthly menu, and it looks amazing!

This month, the Limited Edition cookie at Gideon’s at Disney Springs will be a first for this location — Toasted Coconut Caramel!

The cookie is a mix of their classic chocolate chip cookie with vanilla bean dough, homemade salted caramel, and coconut cream. Then, it’s topped with crunchy (not chewy) shaved toasted coconut. You can get this cookie every day while supplies last!

If cake is more your speed and you’ll be visiting Disney Springs on a weekend, Gideon’s April menu also features Gideon’s Coconut Cream Cake. The cake consists of three layers of vanilla cake layered with coconut cream buttercream and salted caramel, plus toasted coconut on the outside. There are also several pieces of merchandise available, including a candle, tee shirt, and art print featuring Lydia Lovecraft.
