The D23 Expo is one of the biggest Disney events of the year. In fact, it’s the largest Disney fan event in the world!
The D23 Expo is held every two years, and it was delayed in 2021. Now it’s finally being held in 2022, and we just got some big news about ticket prices and what to expect!
The 2022 D23 Expo will be held September 9th through the 11th in Southern California at the Anaheim Convention Center, and we learned today that Visa is the official sponsor of the event.
This year will be the first time only D23 Members are allowed to buy tickets, and this includes both Gold (paid) and General (free) D23 Members. Gold Members are the only people able to purchase tickets at a discount.
Gold Members
- 1-Day Ticket: $89 for adults, $79 for children
- 3-Day Ticket: $229 for adults, $209 for children
- Preferred Seating 3-Day Ticket: $899
General Members
- 1-Day Ticket: $99 for adults, $79 for children
- 3-Day Ticket: $279 for adults, $209 for children
Tickets will go on sale to all D23 members on January 20th at 12PM PT, and D23 Members who are also Visa cardholders get access to a special 24-hour presale window beginning on January 19th at 10AM PT.

The 2022 D23 Expo will feature over 50 different shows, panels, and presentations, the return of the Mousequerade costume contest, exclusive merchandise, an exhibit of Walt Disney’s plane, as well as LOTS of other excitement. Take a look at the video below for more info!
