Many Disney World hotel guests like to have things delivered to their resorts, whether it be groceries or packages from services like Amazon.

As it now stands, though, these items must be picked up from a Cast Member at the front desk. However, it looks like this process has become a little more streamlined at one Disney World hotel.
When we visited Disney’s All-Star Music Resort today, we noticed that new smart lockers had been installed at the hotel. These lockers will be used for guests who need to retrieve their deliveries.
The lockers are bright blue and painted with music notes to match the resort’s theme.

A total of 45 lockers are available and they come in various sizes, from small to large to accommodate a variety of package sizes.

Guests can use a touch-screen to access their locker. They’ll be asked to input either a 5-digit PIN or scan a QR code.

Of course, if guests have any questions about how the lockers work, they can ask a Cast Member to assist them. But this should make picking up deliveries a lot easier for guests who won’t have to wait in line to get their items. And Cast Members won’t have to fetch packages at the front desk.
We’ll let you know if we spot these smart lockers at other resorts, so stay tuned for more details.

They didn’t fetch them at the front desk, you would pick them up at the hotel’s gift shop.
Works the same way as Amazon lockers. Is there a time limit in which you
have to retrieve your packages and where do they go if you don’t retrieve them?
That’s kinda like at Home Depot. If it works just as well, it should be a nice improvement. Are park purchase deliveries back, or just guest deliveries?
