Inside Out: Emotional Whirlwind to Close Temporarily in Disney California Adventure

It’s been a few years since Pixar Pier completely reimagined the back end of Disney California Adventure.

The complete overhaul of what used to be Paradise Pier brought new attractions like Inside Out: Emotional Whirlwind and Jessie’s Critter Carousel, as well as new food spots like Lamplight Lounge and Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats. This renovation breathed some much needed life into the area, but if you go in February, you might not be able to experience one of its attractions.

Inside Out: Emotional Whirlwind is a spinning ride inspired by the 2015 film Inside Out. The attraction will be closed temporarily, and doesn’t have any hours posted starting on Monday, January 31st. 

There are no hours posted until Friday, February 11th, when the ride will reopen.

It’s possible that the ride is closing down for refurbishment or maintenance, but nothing is confirmed.
