PHOTOS: First Look Inside the NEW Tween and Teen Hangouts on the Disney Wish!

We’re less than a year away from the maiden voyage of Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship — the Disney Wish!

Reservations have already opened for 2022 cruises (with many filling up FAST) and we’ve been bringing you a look at all the new experiences you’ll find onboard. From a first-of-its-kind Star Wars Lounge to a dining experience with Marvel Characters and more, there’s a lot to look forward to. And, now we’ve got more details on THREE new areas that will be dedicated to teens and tweens!

Throughout the Disney Wish, teens ages 11 to 17 traveling onboard will be able to take part in several different unique experiences like competitions themed to Disney animated movies like The Emperor’s New Groove and special events in the new Hero Zone and Luna locations. But, they’ll also have three different dedicated spaces that are created just for them — let’s take a look!

First up is Edge, which is a space created just for those ages 11 to 14. It is designed after a New York City loft and features plenty of trendy furniture, nooks, and even “photo walls” for tweens to hang out with friends and play games. Plus, there’s even a soda bar!

Teens ages 14 to 17 will be able to visit Vibe, which has a completely different feel to it. This area is designed to look like a Parisian artists’ loft with tons of pop art murals, graffiti, and vibrant neon signs.

And, for the first time ever on a Disney Cruise Line ship, the Disney Wish will have a THIRD location for guests ages 11 to 17 called The Hideaway. This space will transform throughout the days and nights to accommodate different age groups and will feature things like a smoothie bar, dance floor, DJ, and there will even be activities like karaoke and dance competitions hosted here.

Plus, The Hideaway can also be reserved for guests ages 18 to 20.

All of the tween and teen locations are meant to be a space for them to hang out, but they will also feature counselor-led programming throughout the day, so there is always something to do.
