Before Disney World closed, there were quite a few restaurants throughout the resort that offered a buffet dining experience.

However, once the resort reopened, most Disney World’s buffet restaurants offered family-style dining instead due to health and safety concerns. But we recently saw one popular buffet return to Disney World, and it looks like more are on their way!
This morning, we attended the breakfast buffet of Boma at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge — this is the first buffet to reopen at Disney World. However, we just discovered that another buffet will return soon, too! Magic Kingdom’s Crystal Palace, which has previously been serving family-style dining, will become a buffet again on September 12th. This is noted on Disney World’s website.

Although this location was a character dining experience before Disney World’s closure, there is still no mention of when characters might return here. But if we get more details, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Will you be returning to Crystal Palace for the buffet? Let us know in the comments.
