It’s become pretty important to have your phone on hand when visiting Disney World and Disneyland!
Between mobile ordering, making dining reservations, entering the parks, checking into your resort hotel room, and more, the My Disney Experience app is a go-to planning resource for families. But, a new feature is set to roll out to guests soon that will make planning your day even easier!
Disney Genie is a brand new personalized planning feature that will be integrated directly into the current My Disney Experience and Disneyland apps, launching this fall. And, it and will include a ton of customizable planning tools that are meant to help lower your wait times for attractions and maximize your day in the parks.
Free features include forecasted wait times for rides, suggested dining locations that fit easily into your plans for the day, and a personalized itinerary based on what you want to do each day.
And, for those who aren’t sure exactly what to ride or where to eat, Disney Genie will seamlessly map out your day based on your interests like princesses, superheroes, thrill rides, “foodie experiences,” and more.
Plus, the app will include two new add-ons called Disney Genie+ and Individual Attraction Selections. Each of these options provides guests with the ability to access new Lightning Lanes at popular attractions throughout the day for an additional cost.
