It has been more than a year since Disney Cruise Line shut down, and many sailings have been canceled since then.
In that time, we’ve heard more information about the new cruise ship, the Disney Wish, and we’ve received details on the test sailing for the cruise line, but not much reopening information. But today, the Disney Cruise line announced its return to the U.S.!
The Disney Dream cruise ship will once again set sail on August 9th. Voyages available include 3-night and 4-night cruises from Port Canaveral to the Bahamas, making stops at Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.
Right now, no additional information has been released on other Disney cruise ships, but we’ll keep you updated. Disney shared that there will be new health and safety measures onboard, so we’ll make sure to relay the details as soon as they’re released.
