We’re finally inside Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure! While the land was originally set to debut in the summer of 2020, Disneyland’s extended closure delayed the opening — but now we’ve gotten the chance to check out Pym Test Kitchen for the first time!

Let’s take a look at what this main dining location is like, including some of those larger-than-life dishes!
Here’s what it looks like when you first arrive inside. All of the props and set decorations are larger-than-life!

Look up and you’ll see massive soda cans!

You’ll be able to have your normal-sized drinks filled inside.

There’s also gigantic ketchup and mustard containers “feeding” the condiments into the kitchen.

You can also see the pretzels getting shrunk or expanded up above.

Speaking of foods of all different sizes, the whole theme of “Shrinking Problems, Growing Solutions” is full force at Pym Test Kitchen.

Dishes (or “the latest experiments”) include the Pym-ini Sandwich, which comes with Salami, Rosemary Ham, Provolone and Sun-dried Tomato Spread on Toasted Focaccia, served with Marinara Dipping Sauce and Arugula Salad for $14.49 (and yes, there’s a party sized version that serves 6-8 guests for $99.99!).

Then there’s the Atomic Fusion Pretzel, which is served Buffalo-style loaded with Chicken, Hot Sauce, Ranch Dressing, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Celery and Dill-pickled Carrots for $10.49.

If you want an even bigger one but without all of those fixings, you can pick up a Quantum Pretzel with with Sharp Cheddar Cheese-Beer Sauce for $12.99.

There’s also the Impossible Spoonful, which comes with Rigatoni and Ditalini Pastas, Plant-based Meatballs, Tomato Sauce, Dairy-free Parmesan and Micro Basil for $13.99.

And the Not so Little Chicken Sandwich, which is an “oversized” Fried Chicken Breast, Teriyaki and Red Chili Sauces, and Pickled Cabbage Slaw on Brioche, served with crispy Potato Bites for $15.49.

The Caesar Salad and Colossal Crouton, which comes with Hearts of Romaine, Kalamata Olives, Pickled Onions, Caesar Dressing, Garlic Crouton and Parmesan Crisps for $12.49.

And the PB3 Superb Sandwich, a warm PB&J sandwich with Banana and Candied Bacon on Pym Particle Bread, served with Micro Banana Smoothie and crispy Potato Bites for $12.99.

For kids, there’s the PB&J Flavor Lab, which allows guests to assemble their own experiment out of smooth Peanut Butter, Strawberry Jelly and Pym Particle Bread. It comes served with a Cuties Mandarin, Dannon Yogurt and choice of Small Lowfat Milk or Small DASANI Water for $7.99.

For dessert, you can grab a Celestial-sized Candy Bar: Choco-Smash CANDY Bar. This sweet treat is a Choco Smash Candy Bar with Dark Chocolate, Peanuts, Caramel, Nougat and Chocolate Brownie and costs $7.99.

You’ll also need a beverage to wash all of this food down. At Pym Test Kitchen, you can sip on an Enlarged Pingo Doce Soda Can! This oversized soda can is filled with either Pingo Doce or your choice of Coca-Cola Beverage for $22.99.

Phew! That’s quite the lineup of brand-new eats at the Disneyland Resort! Be sure to follow along as we bring you all of the opening day coverage from Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure!
