This Popular Disney Ride May NOT Reopen With Disneyland Resort!

Are you looking forward to being BACK in Disneyland Resort at the end of the month?

Mickey Mouse!

Today, Disneyland has shared more details on how to get a theme park ticket, who can get a theme park ticket, and when you can start booking dining reservations. Plus, we now know all of the rides that will be reopening with the park later this month. But, there’s one ride that is missing from the list… .

Disneyland’s Jungle Cruise may NOT be reopening on April 30th as Disney welcomes guests back into the parks. The ride is not listed among those that will reopen with the park, indicating that guests may not be going on a journey down the Nile river soon.

Disney is currently in the process of updating the attraction as they “build on the story.” The ride will still feature all of the punny humor and dad jokes, but there will be new characters and the storyline will be even more elaborate than it already is!

Both Disneyland and Disney World will be receiving the same update to the ride. But, the only difference seems to be how Disney is approaching the renovations. Jungle Cruise at Disney World has remained open as the updates begin, with one character already missing from the ride. But, it seems that Disneyland may not reopen the ride to guests just yet.

Disney could also be waiting to open the ride due to the physical distancing and safety requirements that are mandated by the California Governor.
