If you’re a Star Wars fanatic, then now is the time to get a subscription to Disney+!
Right now, you can watch the first two seasons of The Mandalorian on the streaming platform, and on May 4th, you’ll be able to tune into The Bad Batch, a spinoff of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. After that, we’ll be getting new shows based on beloved characters like Ahsoka Tano, Lando Calrissian, and Cassian Andor. But, if you’re a big fan of the OG Jedi from the Star Wars films — Obi-Wan Kenobi — then you’ll want to see today’s big announcement!
Today, Disney announced that production for the Obi-Wan Kenobi original series is beginning soon. On top of that, they revealed the cast for the show!
Ewan McGregor will be reprising his role as a young Obi-Wan and Hayden Christensen will be returning to play Darth Vader. The show is set 10 years after the events of Revenge of the Sith, so we’re excited to see what happened to Obi-Wan in that time!
