While the theme parks have continued to reopen with new health and safety regulations, the Disney Cruise Line have extended the ships’ closures through the end of February 2021 (and possibly March as well).
As the cruise line cancels sailings longer than 7 nights, there has been a lot of uncertainty about when or even if the Disney Cruise Line would be sailing in 2021. Although we may not be sure if the ships will be making departures through next year, we do have a sneak peek at the sailings planned in the near future!
The Disney Cruise Line has released a look at the departures planned for April and May 2022 to go along with the previously announced sailings for that year. Over the course of the two months, there are currently 40 departures planned from various ports, like Port Canaveral, Miami, and San Diego.
While many of the cruises will either be based in the Caribbean or Bahamas, there are also a few departures that will cover the coasts as guests explore new places.
Despite Disney halting departures longer than 7 days currently, there is a range of 3 night to 7 night itineraries expected in 2021.
Guests will also be able to return to Disney’s Castaway Cay for a tropical getaway.
As the Disney Cruise Line releases more details about upcoming sailings, we’ll be sure to update you on everything you need to know!
