Last night, Hong Kong Disneyland announced that they would be reopening starting later this week on June 18th.

Similar to all of the other Disney Parks that have reopened, or have a reopening date, Hong Kong Disneyland will be implementing health and safety precautions such as increased sanitation, required face coverings, and an advanced reservation system for entering the park. Ahead of the opening, the park has released more information on how their reservation system will work.
In order to ensure physical distancing between guests, Hong Kong Disneyland will be limited capacity upon their reopening, which is why they are implementing a reservation system.

The way the reservation system works is that guests will need to login and accept the Terms and Conditions prior to logging into the system. From there, they can enter their ticket, membership card, or ticket vouchers/confirmation information into the system, along with the dat they plan on visiting.

Once confirmed, a reservation notification will be sent to the guests’ email address and/or mobile phone number. Guests can then repeat the steps to make reservations for any additional tickets/members cards. Once at the park, guests will need to show their “registered tickets, membership cards or ticket vouchers/confirmation for verification and park admission on the reserved visit date.”
As of now, Hong Kong Disneyland is allowing reservations to be made a week at a time, which is similar to what we have seen at Shanghai Disneyland.

We will continue to keep you updated on any additional information on the reopening of the Disney Parks, as well as the advanced reservation systems they will be implementing.
