Frontera Cocina has serving up satisfying regional Mexican cuisine since it first opened in 2016 in Disney Springs. For those who haven’t heard of it, Frontera Cocina is a contemporary Mexican restaurant by celebrity Chef Rick Bayless, cookbook author, winner of the very first season of Top Chef Masters, and host of “Mexico — One Plate at a Time.”

Chef Bayless is also a seven-time John Beard Award Foundation winner, and his extensive travels in Mexico and reverence for Mexican cuisine are world renowned.

Frontera Cocina will be launching a new menu soon, and on January 21, Chef Bayless will be there to celebrate with guests. This is an event that is sure to sell out, so if you are interested book your reservation for January 21st after 7:30PM ASAP.

This is a great opportunity to chat with a world-renowned chef and talk about delicious food.

We can’t wait to see what new Oaxacan cuisine is on the new menu. And honestly, as long as the menu has Queso Fundido on it, we’ll be happy. 😉
