We’re about to turn up the heat in central Florida!
Walt Disney World may be a hub of sugar-laden treats, but sometimes only savory will do.
So we’re shining the light ablaze on six ways to get your spicy fix at Walt Disney World quick service restaurants.
Buffalo Macaroni and Cheese — KRNR The Rock Station
This walk-up stand with a rotating menu is featuring Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese. You’ll receive a massive bowl of ooey-gooey macaroni and cheese that is then topped with Buffalo chicken and crumbles of bleu cheese.
Loaded Buffalo Chicken Tots — Friar’s Nook
In addition to a delicious bratwurst and yummy bacon macaroni and cheese, they are offering Loaded Buffalo Chicken Tots. We probably had you at LOADED TOTS, but what you have here are perfectly crispy tater tots literally loaded with buffalo chicken, chopped celery, bleu cheese crumbles, and tangy garlic ranch dressing.
Blood Orange Margarita With Spicy Rim — La Cava del Tequila
Here you’ll find the Blood Orange Margarita. This delicious concoction features Tequila, Orange Liqueur, and Blood Orange Juice. This sweet and tangy level is brought to the next level with a spicy Tajin Chili powder rim.
Various Sauces — Chicken Guy!
Yes, the main event here is the delicious fried or grilled chicken strips and sandwiches, but the real star is ALL the sauces. We’re talking over 20 homemade sauces, including spicy options like Nashville Hot Honey and Chipotle Ranch that packs a punch.
Buffalo Chicken Chips — Trilo-Bites
It’s no surprise that you can find some pretty adventurous eats over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. But if you’re craving something a little more familiar, head over to Trilo-Bites for their Buffalo Chicken Chips.
The base of this dish is absolutely perfect house-made chips that are brought to the next level with seasoned buffalo chicken chunks. The dish comes together with diced celery, diced tomatoes, and a combo of bleu cheese dressing and bleu cheese chunks.
Sauce Bar — The Polite Pig
The Polite Pig over in Disney Springs is a counter service spot serving up their take on modern barbecue. In addition to fantastic bites and cocktails, they also feature a pretty mean sauce bar. You can find the staples here, like BBQ Ranch, but they also offer house-made hot sauce.
