Two Great Spirits That Taste Great Together: “Sake and Shine” Returns To Disney Springs

Morimoto Asia and Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ are two of our favorite Disney Springs restaurants, which is why we’re so excited for the return of Sake and Shine!

The Forbidden Lounge at Morimoto Asia

This progressive dining event is the brainchild of Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Chef Art Smith, and has been pleasing the palates of Disney Foodies for three years now.

Starting on December 6th at 7:00 pm, guests will be invited to the  Forbidden Lounge at Morimoto Asia for a three-course feast, complete with sake and beer parings. After their meal, guests are invited to Homecomin’ for a down-home style dessert party, complete with a build-your-own strawberry shortcake bar, slices of Chef Art Smith’s signature Hummingbird and Shine cakes, and moonshine based cocktail selections.

Both celebrity chefs will be on hand to oversee the proceedings, pose for photos, and sign autographs.
