Since the closure of Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba in 2017, the iconic white tent at Disney Springs has been sitting empty.  That’s about to change, however, because Disney has just released a behind the scenes peek at the NEW production coming in Spring of 2020!

The yet-to-be-named show celebrates the magic of Disney animation by following the tale of a Disney animator’s daughter as she explores a world of light and color. The show promises to combine the acrobatic skill of Cirque du Soleil with Disney’s rich library of animated features.

Cirque du Soleil and Disney promise original choreography, dazzling acrobatics, and whimsical characters… perhaps even a few old friends! Check out the official behind the scenes video below!

This isn’t the first time Cirque du Soleil has collaborated with another company for a show. Previous productions include Michael Jackson ONE and The Beatles LOVE, which combined pop hits with daring acrobatics and incredible performances. We’re looking forward to seeing what Cirque du Soleil and Disney can cook up together this coming spring!
