Cons:

The aisles, or space between the rows, is rather narrow. Plus-sized folks might have to shuffle sideways to get in and out. And it's a bit tough to bend to put your stuff in the under-seat cargo area with it being so narrow. Request a front row seat and you'll have all the room you need to enter, exit, and get your stuff in/out of the cargo net under your seat.

Motion sickness-- I ride this ONCE each trip. My husband and daughter will ride 3 times in a row. If you have motion sickness, it's a tough ride. Be prepared.I have heard people say there is a motionless option, but I've never encountered that myself while there. Maybe I'll ask this summer when we return.
