The menu is great. It's the usual choices but with some additional options. I had the pulled pork sandwich, the grilled cheese sandwich, the focaccia caprese sandwich and the wilderness salad with chicken. All of them were delicious. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich for breakfast was also very good. This is probably one of the best quick service restaurants in Disney World.

The location and atmosphere were great. However, the menu is very limited. The cuisine is odd. The only thing I would order was the turkey sandwich. There was so much pepper in/on the turkey, my lips were burning. I asked the server if they could replace the avocado spread with mayo. She told me they could leave the spread off, but the mayo would have to be put on the side. This is the dumbest thing I heard of. My sister ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was like rubber and the siracha was overpowering. She couldn't even eat it. 2 had the Bison burger and they said it was great. They liked the flatbread as well. They also tried the bison meatballs and said they were awful. They had the shrimp but were disappointed with those as well. There should be more average food available. Not everyone is an adventurous eater. Our server was not great. She never checked on us until we were finished. Be prepared to be inundated with bugs during your meal as well. I don't understand all the rave reviews for this restaurant.

I traveled with my sister and family who are DVC members for an 8-day vacation. They wanted to try out a new resort and were excited they were able to book here since we were spending most of the trip at the resort. We were a group of 5 adults, with another adult joining us last minute for 3 nights. We had a 2-bedroom villa. It was small. The galley style kitchen was doable; however, it was the only way a kitchen could be put into the villa. It was hard for 2 people to prepare anything whether it be a meal or putting together a cooler bag and snack bag to take to the pool. When using the Murphy bed, there was not much room to walk by between the dresser and bed. During the entire stay, I never had a hot (or warm) shower, regardless of the time of day. Luggage service was almost non-existent. We filled a luggage cart upon arriving and the one person at valet filled out a slip for us. It used to be bell services were outside with valet to help with bag, loading the cart for you. There was one bell service member at times. It's obvious the Disney experience has changed over the many years. They want your money but service in many areas is lacking to almost non-existent. The food was ok. I thought Roaring Fork was better than Geyser Bar and Grill. The main pool is very small. We used the Boulder Ridge pool for the entire stay. Sadly, this was a one and done. Beautifully themed resort but also very buggy due to the water, trees and shrubs.
Pros:
Theming, location, cabanas at Boulder Ridge pool (first come since they is no charge but only 6 of them)Cons:
Small villas, inconvenient layout of resort(elevators are very far from most rooms), lack of adequate staff, main pool very small, no hot water in showers regardless of time of dayReview of Sprinkles

What happened to this place? Lost all the charm of a bakery when they stopped displaying the cupcakes. Went in the get our favorite banana cupcake and they no longer offer it and most flavors were sold out. Very disappointed.

Stayed August 23-30 2 Bedroom villa theme park view. Room was ready early was spotless and great amenities. Great view of theme park and fireworks. Plenty of room for our party of 7. The only draw back we had a toddler in our party and there was no vacuum or broom th clean up after him. Will be staying again.
Pros:

Not as.great as I had hoped but possibly due to my lack of planning.
We park hopped from mk, stopping to check into the swan. Went on a relatively low crowd day, most ride lines were low even when we first arrived, well before EE started tho the most popular ride wait times were pretty long. My son and husband went off to guardians and I decided to jump on the frozen ride if the wait diminished. It did during the fireworks(and I rode). After the fireworks, tons of people jumped in line and the wait time rose to over 45 minutes quickly. Since the people in line stay in line after the park closes, it’s not like all the waits decrease right away during EE, so theoretically you could wait almost as long for your first EE ride as you did during regular park hours, leaving an hour or so for anything else, not easy to get much in in a hour, when the park is so spread out. Now you could get in a last ride by jumping in line a few minutes before the end of EE too so it’s not unfair but not what I expected. And unfortunately for me my last wish ride was Remys which was unexpectedly not operating. So I actually rode no extra rides during EE might be better in MK with the higher ride density
Pros:
Nice to walk through park without all the crowds at the end of the night Cast members helpful and pleasant to the endCons:

terrible. they introduce an awfully obnoxious duo of “historians” that proceed to scream and twirl and make horrible jokes throughout the play. there is no live singing, only clips of the movie with subtitles, and when elsa comes out to sing “let it go”, she is VERY obviously lip singing. the “special effects” are only lights and “snow”. (which are just bubbles that you get covered by, and you end up sticky for a long time afterwards. very unpleasant.) i think that disney had a great opportunity to do something interesting and interactive, but this was just uncomfortable. i would not recommend.
