From previous experience, I generally avoid this option but thought, why not give it a go, it's been awhile and there are limited counter service options with seating in HS. Mistake. Cheeseburger puck (which is basically what it was) seemed like it was something you would get from a vending machine in plastic wrap. Barely warm, no flavor, rubbery. Fries were lukewarm at best.
Pros:
Large seating area.Cons:

Always late or didn't provide correct service
Pros:
Pros: they will get you there.Cons:
Paid for an express but was only provided standard this trip, we asked for an earlier pickup one day before and then they ended up sending us on the slow van to get us to airport at same time. The TSA lines at MCO can be very long, Mears does not get you there in time if there is a TSA delay. Last year waited at least 15 minutes past pickup time for our standard bus, it had gone to the wrong resort then just left without us we later found out. Never never again.Review of Biergarten - Lunch/Dinner

Surprisingly Gluten Friendly! I tagged along as a family member figuring I would be eating a salad and watching the others enjoy themselves. I was so pleasantly surprised. The chef came out and walked me through the entire buffet line, pointing out what I could and couldn't eat. They also provided me a special GF dessert. The food was great (it's the Biergarten - you can't expect gourmet - but for what it was, it was phenomenal)but it's the service that truly stood out to me. Out of all the places in EPCOT they made me feel the most safe, and they did not for a moment make me feel like a burden for having a food allergy. I wish I could say the same for the other restaurants. (Good: Japan; acceptable: Mexico, Morocco; horrible: China, sadly) Overall an amazing experience. For my fellow GFers, pick this and the hibachi place in the Japan pavillion, and let them know in advance that you have an allergy. They'll take care of you!
Pros:
Thorough explanation of food allergens and possible contamination; great atmosphere; tremendous serviceCons:

Worst dining experience in my entire Disney trip. Came in with a party of 9 people, all ordering food, I ordered first out of everyone and somehow managed to be the last one to get my food. Even though, two people in my party had the same meal. After receiving my food, I found out there was no indoor seating at all, and they also did not have a table available outside, yet they still had people flooding in. Once I sat down at a different building I began eating, and found a long black hair in my food. I am ginger.

This and Simpsons are tied for my favorite ride in the whole resort! Great storyline and action sequences, incredible comic book theming, amazing special effects(the fire scene = chef’s kiss), and plus Doctor Octopus(the best Spidey villain) only makes it better. A true crown jewel as far as theme park rides! As a longtime Spidey fan, I am truly impressed with this ride as it delivers to what a Spider-Man ride would be, and it’s a must-do everytime I go to Universal!
Pros:
Excellent theming, great storytelling and ride, wonderful special effects, and faithful to the Spider-Man comicsCons:

This and Spider-Man are tied for my favorite ride in the whole resort! Excellent theme, great humor and story, and great for a Simpsons fan and truly underrated. And also doesn’t get any better when you have Sideshow Bob(played fantastically by Kelsey Grammer) as the villain. As a longtime Simpsons fan, I am truly impressed with this ride as it delivers to what a Simpsons ride would be, and it’s a must-do everytime I go to Universal!
Pros:
Fun immersive experience, faithful to The Simpsons, Sideshow BobCons:

For years, my husband and I looked back fondly on our stay at this resort, but when I returned w/ our son, I was shocked at how outdated and run down this place felt. First off? It's a gigantic property. It looks like an apartment complex and it SPRAWLS. For a random reason, we were given an accessible room (told we were getting "upgraded") and it REEKED of chemical perfume, like someone had drenched everything in Febreeze. Couldn't tell if they were trying to hide smoke smells or musty smells? The furniture was worn and dated. There were bugs in the bed. The television didn't work. We arrived in the evening, wanting to settle in AND no dice. They sent a repair guy who had no idea what he was doing. The food court was loud and FAR from our room. If you're staying moderate, go to French Quarter. The refurbed rooms are soooo nice (feels just shy of Grand Floridian level), the resort is small, you still have the boat transport, and you have beignets. Just know the bus transportation over there is a bit unreliable.
Pros:

old, worn, dated, way too much walking, feels cheap, busy, stinky, bed bugsReview of BoardWalk Deli

We grabbed some sandwiches to take back to our resort, and they were delicious! The sandwiches were obviously made to order with fresh ingredients. Great options, ability to customize, mobile order, mug filling station - this place has everything you could want in a resort quick service restaurant. Would absolutely go here again!
Pros:
Good menu options, mobile order, able to customize, freshly made sandwiches, mug filling stationCons:

Not very handicap friendly
I want to start with the food here is awesome, our waiter Brandon P is the best. We have had him twice, he has so much knowledge of the menu. A pleasure to have him wait on us.
Now for our issue. We were a party of 4 on Monday January 12, 2026, with reservations for 5:30, with prior notification that 1 person had a disability. When we arrived, we were told it would be a few minutes while they got the table ready. Even though there were many tables already set up. The hostess asked if he could walk and we could put the scooter to the side, which he was able to do with his walker. When shown to the table, it was not a good fit for us, so we asked for a different table. That seemed to be a problem for them, we were asked to wait to the side. There were clearly many tables available, as 2 other parties came in and were seated right away. When I questioned why we couldn’t have one of the tables up front, the hostess took off to go check something with someone. After about 5 minutes we were directed to a table all the way in the back of the restaurant, which was inconvenient for the person using the walker. The spouse of the person with the disabled person asked to speak to a manager. The managers response was “do you want me to move you to a different table?” Like are we going to have this disabled person walk all over the restaurant? Needless to say this manager has very poor management skills.
So I wonder, was this restaurant trying to hide the person with a disability out of site, by first trying to put us over on the side behind a wall, and then in the way back? They obviously had no compassion or concern with having him struggle to walk all the way to the back when there were so many vacant tables in the front.
Shame on this restaurant.

This was my third stay at BCV and I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed it. The nearness to Epcot is a joy for me. I had day and evening pin trading sessions and because of the short walk to and from the hotel, I didn't have to tote both of my pin bags with me when visiting other parks (my little one is with me always). The room is comfy and clean and the kitchenette is a very nice feature, especially the microwave. It's nice having a couch in the room too. Housekeeping ladies were nice and always ready with a pleasant greeting. So are the folks at check in and baggage. I did have one beef on this trip with a cast member. I had come back from a three hours at AK, very hot, and remembered I had post cards to mail in my purse. I asked the young lady at the desk where the mailbox was and she told me they did not have one and I would have to walk over to The Yacht Club ("just a short walk") to mail them. Much as I didn't want to walk there at the time, I did . When I got to their check in desk I asked a cast member where the mail box was and she pointed to it for me. I was very overheated and a second cast member approached me and asked if I'd like to sit down and have some water. I told the two ladies I was there because Beach Club didn't a mail box and they said of course they did and told me exactly where it was in the lobby (near the baggage desk). My cards were mailed and I spent a few minutes there cooling down. When I got back to Beach Club (it was not just a short walk) I located the mail box then went to the desk and asked the cast member who sent me to Yacht Club to follow me and I showed her where the mail box was. When I got to my room, I collapsed on the couch for two hours before I could even think about going into Epcot for my dinner. Now I know where the mail box is at Beach Club and I hope the cast member who sent me on my "just a short walk" doesn't send anyone else on an unnecessary trip.
