After having ADRs here in the past and canceling due to food overload, we finally made it on our April trip. I am very picky when it comes to restaurant spaghetti sauce and meatballs, but I was very pleased with the spaghetti and meatballs here. There was just enough sauce for me, it wasn't watery (my usual complaint about restaurant sauces), and the meatballs didn't taste overly-processed. The portions were very generous too. The only person who was able to finish their meal was my dad, but that's because he only ordered the minestrone soup. My only complaint was with our server - he forgot my mom's iced tea, and it took a long time to get his attention/catch his eye, although he stopped at all of his other tables (which were next to us, in front of us, and behind us) quite often.

This is one of the dinners I was hesitant about, but it was one of the best we had. I had the mahi mahi and it was excellent. I had asked if they could blacken it, and there was no problem with that request. My dad had the trout (also asked for it blackened, and again accommodated), and I can't remember what my mom had, but she enjoyed it too. We were lucky to have a seat right next to the tank, although it was a far walk for my mom who had to park her walker outside, but the seating hostess was very patient and matched my mom's slower pace when showing us to the table, instead of rushing to get there and then turning around like 'where'd they go?'

Stayed 4 nights 3/31 - 4/4 DH and myself. Weather was great so that helps but resort is about my favorite. Fast service can be very crazy in AM but not bad - few choices though. Room clean and comfortable. Resort is BEAUTIFUL. Only complaint is a 45 min. bus ride to Typhoon Lagoon. Probably will take cab next time. The boat ride to Magic Kingdom is a perfect way to get there. One pet peeve I have is no parental supervision in hot tubs - but that's at all the resorts. Absolutely will return to this resort.

I LOVED THIS! Hated having to pull out my paper pass, run to machines, then back to the attractions. We don't Park hop since we love each park and spend the entire day there, neither do we leave to go swim, we stay all day - so for us - this was such a time saver. It would be great to have additional options - ie, with Epcot you had to choose either Test Track or Soarin....couldn't get both...so a bit more flexibility would be great. It was very easy to reschedule our selections with our phones during the day -

I basically LOVED this! I used to have to print/write down ADR confirmation numbers/ and my husband was constantly running around with our park passes to get fastpasses at the various machines. This is so much better - had the day planned out and changing fastpass times was very easy with my resident teenager. Also was able to get a last minute Chef Mickey reservation while we were waiting on the runway for the gate to open in Orlando! Very cool - we hadn't been able to get a reservation earlier, so someone must have cancelled. Love the wait times as well. This made the whole vacation so much more organized!

Husband and I had a couple issues entering the parks. Also if you have large wrist it could be tight on you my husband carried his with him. Otherwise convenient for fast pass and charging items to your room. You also had to pick a pin number to use it for charging this put my mind at ease in case you lose it.

Stayed here the last week of March this was the second time staying at this resort. This resort is clean,relaxing, and small and that makes it so great especially after walking the parks all day. This resort will always be my first pick. Another plus is the boat ride to downtown disney.

I read some reviews that the show was cheesy, but I thought the show and food was good. The food was served family style there was plenty of food and the dessert was very good. I would recommend to do the dinner show at least once especially if you are on the dining plan.

I ran my first RunDisney event last February which was the Princess Half marathon, also my first half marathon. It was an absolutley unbeleivable experiance! Even with waking up at 2:15am on race day to get ready, it was worth every second! My boyfriend and I drove to the start rather than taking transportation, it was a piece of cake to get in, I was quite suprised. When we got there we met up with my mom who was also running, I said goodbye to my boyfriend and off we went! It took about 15 minutes to walk to the start line, but it went by quick. My mom and I started in corral B, we watched the first set of fireworks go off and Corral A started, we then had a 5 minute wait before we started, when the fireworks went off we started our 13.1 mile run through magic kingdom and epcot. There were so many characters, a high school band, a ferrari by the speedway to keep us distracted the whole race, I made sure I had my headphones and Ipod with me but never ended up using them because of all of the distractions. I would have to say the most magical part of the race was running through Cinderellas castle and down mainstreet USA with people lined up on both sides, it was unreal! Right before crossing the finish line I saw my boyfriend standing there with a rose waiting for me. I would absolutley reccomend a RunDisney race to anyone! I have since completed 2 more half marathons, both being RunDisney. I got my coast to coast for 2014 with the Tinkerbell and Princess Half marathons this year as well as the Glass Slipper Challenge. All events have been outstanding!

Our flights were delayed due to weather, so we checked in around 9 pm vs. our scheduled 4 pm check-in time. They only had a standard room left, which was not what I had reserved. When we went in the room, the previous occupants had left a large amount of their things in the room. I called the front desk and was told operations would call us. 30 minutes later no one had called. I called again and was put on hold for almost 30 more minutes. Finally the previous people showed up to collect their belongings. No one could believe it had happened, but no one offered any assistance in getting it resolved. The phone message light also could not be shut off, so we had to put a towel over it every night to not seeing the endless blinking red light. Mousekeeping was very in-consistent, some days they would move things around. They never left clean towels during our entire stay of 5 nights.
