This is by far our favorite Character Dining experience. We first stumbled upon this because my daughter's favorite characters are Chip and Dale. Once we arrived and found out that you sit in a slowly rotating restaurant with platters of food brought to you, we were hooked. Plus the food has been grown here! There has never been a meal we haven't enjoyed here. The other great perk is that the characters come to you, usually at least two times during the meal. My daughter is now grown and a couple of years ago we went just the two of us and still enjoyed this experience. You also get a peak at part of the Living Land Ride while the restaurant is turning. Never disappointed with this one!!
Pros:
The great food. The time to spend with the characters.Cons:

Really an overlooked resort. We stayed in a studio and loved it. This place would be a blast with kids. I can’t wat to bring the grandchildren. The pool area has got to be one of the best layouts for children.

Who wouldn't love free transportation and delivery of your bags straight to your resort? It's a no brainer... In the "old days" we used to hire a car to and from the airport, depending on the size of our group. Sometimes it would be $150 each way and then add in the tip. After arriving we had to tote our own bags. I think recent new visitors don't realize what a great deal this service is!
Pros:
Everything done for you and you only have to drop your carry-ons (if you have them) at your resort before running to your first park!Cons:

I love that my party could get right in without reservations. The orange chicken was enough for 2 people. It was the best orange chicken I have ever eaten. Definitely will go again!

Even though we aren’t big buffet people in “real” life, we did eat at several buffets on our Dec ‘17 trip. We were staying at AKL so I really wanted to try Boma. I loved all the different unique choices that you can’t get normally. My husband thought the food was good, but not amazing. He eats meat and I am a vegetarian, so our food selections were very different. I was excited for my daughter to try the Simba waffles, but they actually were kind of burnt and tough. But many other things were delicious!
