We arrived to Orlando only to be told it would be more than an hour for our transportation to arrive. I ended up opting for a Lyft. I went to the counter to tell them I would not be utilizing my ride to the hotel but wanted to make sure I still had my ride back. I was told I had no problem and, in fact, would be refunded one way if I called the Mears center directly. Upon calling, I was told that my ride to the hotel was marked as "completed" and therefore would not receive a refund. That was already strike 2. On the ride back to the airport, we left 15 minutes late from the hotel, when we arrived to the terminal, my suitcase, which I rolled out of the hotel with no problem at all, would not roll and the wheels were cockeyed like the case was thrown and damaged. I replied to a survey sent to me by Mears and sent them photos of the case and an account of what happened only to be totally ignored. The worst part is, when I went to reference the email I sent them, it is totally gone from my email indicating that since they did not like my review,they'd just as well ignore it and give me the finger. Don't waste your time, money or sanity with this joke of a company. Uber and Lyft cost almost the same price and they are immediately available upon landing. Mears is an absolute trash service.

This is the best restaurant in Epcot. We love it so much. The atmosphere, the decor, and the layout of the entire building are fantastic and blows us away every time we eat there.
Pros:
The food is great and fresh. The atmosphere is amazing. The service is always friendly and you can go on a short ride after you are done. You really feel like you are eating outside by the river.Cons:

I enjoyed the food. However, the seating is pretty bad.
Pros:
The food is pretty good. I would eat there if given the choice. We have changed how we make grilled cheese sandwiches at home because of this restaurant.Cons:
I cannot express how awful the seating arrangements are. There is zero shade and you are just cooking while you are eating... That is if you can find a seat. We had to huddle on one side of the table where there was a bit of shade. It was pretty bad.Review of Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner

This is the absolute best restaurant in WDW PERIOD. The food is delicious, the portions are enormous, the service is amazing and friendly. We have eaten there several times and will book this for every visit to the Magic Kingdom.

Stayed late August 2023, lovely, quiet resort. Small in size so all buildings are a short walk to food court, front desk, buses, and most importantly, fresh made to order beignets! Enjoyed taking the boat to Disney Springs, nice alternative to the bus. Staff went out of their way to help and answer questions. Already booked this resort for my next visit.

Haunted mansion Holiday Overlay with Nightmare before Christmas: Possibly the best attraction I have ever experienced. I love Haunted Mansion, and Disneyland's regular Haunted Mansion is great, but the overlay with Jack, Sally and Oogie Boogie is incredible. It is so immersive and a seamless addition to the original exterior and interior decor and characters.

The name changed to Grand Legacy at the Park. This was a clean and quiet motel, just a couple hundred yards from the park entry. We had a great time here for 5 days in November 2022. There were a few resturants within walking distance so we didn't actually use our rental car at all. There is a rooftop bar and grill that overlooks the park (it is close to the Gaurdians of the Galaxy.) We could watch the fireworks from the hotel.

Animatronic show is great, but the cast members make it even better, getting everyone in the mood for a cute and perfect break from the heat.
Pros:
A/C break with Big Al, perfect. Getting to chat with the bears as they walk around Frontierland, even better.Cons:

One of the top attractions at WDW. A must do. This dark ride is a Disney institution.
