This NEW Star Wars Toy Has Our Wallets CRYING

Here at AllEars, there’s one Disney thing we love just as much as the theme parks: merch!

Disney releases so much adorable merch that our wallets are crying. And they’re crying even more over this super cute Batuu Adventure Buddies collection that will hit Galaxy’s Edge on both coasts!

This brand-new Ewok companion is not only soft and cuddly, but it has a secret – it’s interactive! This little guy features expressive eyes, motorized facial expressions, and a mix of signature sounds, including giggles, laughs, and chatter that showcase their personalities. Each Ewok can also interact with other droids sold inside Droid Depot!

Tap their head or tap their belly twice to trigger random responses. Three quick, consecutive head taps enable two special animations: Endor Dance Party features rhythmic eye animations, Ewokese chanting and drumming, and nearby Ewoks may also chime in. Forest Call Chain begins rapid double belly tap near other toys, letting out a scout call, and allowing nearby toys to respond in their own languages.

But that’s not all; Batuu Adventure Buddies can be accessorized, too! Grab Endor, Mandalore, or Batuu gear sets to deck out your companion and trigger unique animations, sounds, and reactions when placing food, toys, or tools into their left hand.

You can get your very own Batuu Adventure Buddy at Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland starting on August 13th and at Hollywood Studios on a later date. This Ewok is the first of three Batuu Adventure Buddies in the collection. Visit the dedicated wall bay inside Droid Depot, where a cast member will help you select your companion and accessories. Once a character has been chosen, you’ll participate in a special activation moment that brings your new friend to life before you set off to explore the rest of Batuu with your adventure buddy.
