NEW Character Announced for Disney’s Oogie Boogie Bash

Oogie Boogie Bash is almost here at Disney California Adventure in Disneyland, and we couldn’t be more excited.

The party runs on select nights from August 18th to October 31st and is packed with candy, villains, parades, and more. Disney just gave us a sneak peek at some of the characters coming, and if you haven’t grabbed a ticket, you’re going to want to, because this is pretty awesome.

You can catch a lot of the characters on the Treat Trails where you get candy and a chance to interact with some of Disney’s spookiest villains. You’ll be able to find Oogie Boogie (of course)…

…Ernesto de la Cruz from Coco…

…Syndrome from The Incredibles, who debuted last year…

…and Maleficent.

This year, Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove will be stirring up mischievous mayhem in Grizzly Peak. She’ll show potion-making capabilities and “pulling every lever” she can find in pursuit of her latest scheme.

Make sure you also say hi to Agatha Harkness from Agatha All Along…

…Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb…

…Hades from Hercules…

…and Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Those characters will be on treat trails, but you can also check out meet and greets with:

• • Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow dressed as The Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus
  • Pain, Panic, and Megara from Disney Animation’s Hercules
  • Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy from Disney’s Kingdom Hearts
  • Select characters from Pixar’s Toy Story
  • Edna Mode and Mr. Incredible from Pixar’s The Incredibles
  • Black Panther, Spider-Man, and Scarlet Witch

New this year, you can watch Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake — A Haunted Mansion Street Party. Select characters from the Haunted Mansion will begin to materialize as swirling ballroom dancers, ominous gravediggers, and a trio of hitchhiking ghosts take part in the wake and come and socialize.
