My family went for lunch on our last day and it was fine. One of the people in our party had noise sensitivity and another has PTSD with unexpected thunder so they put us in the Rose Gallery. We did have to wait about an extra 15 minutes while they changed things around but they got all 5 of us in with no issue. I knew going in that the meet and greets were not a thing but it was more disappointing than I was expecting. The Beast walked around twice while we were there and it was so fast. It felt like if you sneezed he would be gone. We watched a bunch of young girls just not be acknowledged by the Beast at all. We had gone to Steakhouse 71 a few days beforehand and if you can handle no Disney characters it is so much better. My family was all adults but my mom really wanted to eat here so we went with it and we were disappointed. We were definitely rushed, it was subtle but when you looked at everything it is obvious. Our main course was served before all of us were done with the appetizers so the table got crowded with plates quickly. It was hard to look at the other rooms during the meal as it felt like if we left the table we would come back to warmish food.
Overall it was just an ok experience once we sat down. Before and after were amazing and what you expect from a sit-down Disney world restaurant.
Pros:
Beautiful rooms. The suits of armor and waiting rooms are amazingly detailed and more relaxed you can hold a conversation there.Cons:
Loud, expensive, and you are rushed out.Reviewed by Piper2010 Review Date: 07/23/2022

Such a fun dining experience! Amazing atmosphere and pretty decent food! Desserts were our favorite! Not sure we would pay to return as it’s pretty expensive and I wouldn’t say the food is so good it’s worth returning for but I think everyone should dine here atleast once!!!
Pros:
The atmosphere and theming are wonderful You get to meet the beast! Food is pretty good but the dessert is where this place gets it right!Cons:
Expensive Can be loud in the main dining room Not a ton of selection to the menu Hard to get a reservationReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 07/05/2022

I loved Be Our Guest! The theming inside the restaurant is awesome and I felt as if I was in the castle. The food was delicious! The French onion soup was decadent tasty. All the entrees are delicious. During pre-covid times, I got to dance with the beast which is a perk. Overall, the food is great and I prefer this over Cinderella's Royal Table.
Pros:
Good food, great themingCons:

Had the pleasure of dinning there multiple times. It never disappoints. Service is fantastic, the food is as Molly says " Chefs Kiss". Plus Dinning on the scene of your favorite Disney Movie, makes me cry all the time.
Pros:
Immersive ExperienceCons:
very expensive. Pre-Fixed MenuReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 06/17/2022

I found this very over priced and not worth the money. I only booked for the extra character experience which was a minimal appearance of the beast with no interactions permitted. The waitress recommended a drink which turned out to be a pretty slush which costs me 45 dollars for three of them. So all in all I was disappointed and felt a little robbed.
Pros:
Food was niceCons:
Although nice it is over priced and disappointing.Reviewed by TheAristocat Review Date: 06/16/2022

The first time I stepped into the ballroom at Be Our Guest...tears. Actually, who am I kidding? I cry every time I walk in here. No need to put on a brave face. Grown adults are tearing up. It feels SO magical and like you are right in the movie. The food is just fine, but let's be honest - that's not why you're eating here. Definitely try Be Our Guest at least once for dinner if you can swing it. It feels so special and will provide integral Disney vacation magic memories that you're sure to talk about for years to come.
Pros:
Feels like you're in the movie with totally gush-worthy ambiance - and servers are generally pretty attentive.Cons:
Food isn't AMAZING but it's just fine. Wouldn't recommend going here specifically for the food.Reviewed by TeacherManJoe Review Date: 05/15/2022

Okay, here’s the rub: As many have said before, the theming alone in Be Our Guest is WELL worth experiencing if you never have before. However, the food is merely “good”.
I liked this restaurant more than my wife, but I am also a bigger Beauty and the Beast fan. The entrees were good, and the “Grey Stuff” is indeed delicious. However, for the emotional investment of trying to get a reservation and the monetary investment paying for dinner, the food is not quite up to the level we hoped for.
Overall, definitely a must-do if you haven’t been before, if just for the theming alone. But for a repeat visit, I don’t feel that this restaurant is up to the task, especially considering all of the great snacks and Counter Service in MK.
Pros:
Excellent theming, especially for Beauty fans The Grey Stuff IS delicious, Lumiere wasn’t lying!Cons:
Food does not match quality of theming Not quite worth revisitsReviewed by GrandmaJen Review Date: 04/30/2022

We had a very nice meal here and a great server. The food is tasty and cooked properly. Being in the ballroom is magical. My grandson was thrilled to see the enchanted rose, you are free to view the other dining rooms. Beast came around several times during our meal although distanced. Would love to see Belle there too, that would take it to another level to see them together.
Pros:
The ballroom is beautiful, food is good.Cons:
Long wait to get seated even with reservation. It is pricey.Reviewed by Dinane Review Date: 04/26/2022

The dessert was spectacular. The main meal was only okay. I got the pork tenderloin and there was a lot going on. Too many sauces and flavors. It wasn’t bad, it just felt like it was trying to hard.
My 7 year old loved making her own painted Chip. She ate some of the Mac and cheese but barely touched the rest - the side choices for kids here were a little tough for her pickiness. (Why wild rice? Why?)
You’re here for the environment and THAT was great. It is just like stepping into the movie. Beast came out twice during our meal. My “yes” to recommended only applies if you love Beauty and the Beast. Do not come here for the food alone.
Our server was also excellent. Very careful with allergies - my husband has some specific nut allergies and there are a lot of nuts here. She let him get the kids salad instead of the adult one just to be sure it would be but free. That service ticked this up from a 7 to an 8 for me.
Pros:
Great service, the beast, the grey stuff is actually deliciousCons:

Surprised myself and really enjoyed lunch here .. .. Rooms were cool and all the food was really, really good .. .. This might have been the best overall meal I've had in a Disney Park .. .. A must-do for the Beauty & The Beast lover and I wouldn't mind coming back again someday .. .. Yeah expensive, but food was really good and everyone left happy!!
