We’re here to share our thoughts on the best food at the 2026 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival. We hope you’re hungry, because you’re going to be heading over to EPCOT for a snack by the end of this!

The 2026 International Flower & Garden Festival runs from March 4th to June 1st. It’s bringing a ton of delicious food to the park, but what’s worth a try? Here’s our BEST OF THE FEST list this year!
Check out all of our top foods, desserts, and drink picks at the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!
Quincy’s Favorites
Quincy’s absolute favorite eat is the Garden Vegetable Flatbread featuring Boursin Crumbles Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese topped with roasted vegetables and arugula salad at Trowel & Trellis.

The flatbread is huge, especially for the price, and covered in gorgeous, delicious roasted vegetables. It’s full of flavor that just combines with the creamy Boursin cheese.
Breedlove’s Favorites
First up, Breedlove was impressed with the plant-based Poke Bowl at Nectar Hosted by Advent Health. Not only is it a good portion size to basically be lunch, but the ingredients are fresh and really complement each other. It’s a solid plant-based option at the festival.

However, he also sings the praises of the Lumpia with plant-based pork from Citrus Blossom. The lumpia was nice and crunchy, and the yuzu added a sweet and sour flavor. There’s a bit of a nice kick, too.

Plus, the plant-based pork was tasty. This is a plant-based dish you’ll forget is plant-based when you eat it.
Emma’s Favorites
The Trio of Dips and Chips has returned to Yacht Grub this year, and Emma couldn’t be happier. This is house-made potato chips with whipped feta dip and candied lemon, caramelized onion dip and caviar, and pimento cheese and pickles. The cheese dips are wonderfully creamy and cheesy, while the caramelized onion dip and caviar have a nice salty and tangy flavor.

The house chips are also crunchy, but they’re really just there as accessories to the dips.
Sage’s Favorites
For Sage, the hit of the festival is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast from Brunchcot. Although it might seem like it would be too sweet, it really isn’t. It also has all kinds of great textures with fluffy French toast and the crunch of the cereal.

This is one of those dishes that would please just about anyone.
Fry Bucket’s Favorites
Fry Bucket has a few favorites from the festival, including the Honeycomb Bowl from Honey Bee-stro with herb quinoa, honey-whipped goat cheese, poached apples, and hot honey cauliflower topped with a honey tuile. It’s refreshing and is such a good dish to show what the EPCOT Flower & Garden festival is all about: bright flavors and fresh ingredients.

However, the Cinnamon Beignets tossed in lemon sugar, lemon glaze, and honey mead-blueberry compote with orange-chile sauce at Citrus Blossom also made Fry Bucket’s “Best of the Fest” list. They’re thick and doughy and easy to share. There’s a lot of great lemon and blueberry flavor, too, in addition to that cinnamon.

The ACE Cider Orange Groves Hard Cider (the red on the left in the photo below) at Citrus Blossom was also a hit. The orange flavors really come through in this cider, and she loved it.

It’s a light and refreshing drink.
JP’s Favorites
JP loved the Mango DOLE Whip in a cone from Refreshment Outpost. You’ve got that lovely, sweet mango flavor that just pairs great with the fresh cone.

JP also loved sipping on the Violet Desert Lemonade from Pineapple Promenade. This returning frozen concoction is as delicious as always, with a nice tartness that’s also refreshing.

Also, how could you not love that violet color?
