We cover all things Disney World, so of course, that includes dining, but there are also so many amazing restaurants right around the Disney World Resort you may not want to miss out on if you’re staying in Orlando itself.

Located just minutes from Disney World property is the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, and this luxury resort truly has so much to experience, including a few incredible table service dining locations. We were invited to an evening of Culinary Discovery at the hotel to try some delicious dishes from three of their most popular restaurants, and all we can say is WOW — consider us impressed!
We started our evening by going to Epilogue, the hidden book-themed speakeasy, and we even went on a scavenger hunt to find the location! We spoke to the hostess in the lobby, who gave us a napkin with our first clue.

It led us to the library in the corner of the lobby bar, where you have to find the card that says Epilogue. When you open it, inside is a library card holder with your name on it. Inside yours is a library card key and another set of clues.

This led us to Ravello, where we left out the front doors, to find a water fountain, then down a hallway. At the end of the hallway was a door with a big “E” beside it. We scanned our library card, and it let us in! We spoke then to the hostess at Epilogue, who told us the whole story of the location, including why no photos or videos are allowed.

The menu is served to you inside a book, and the presentation of each drink is incredible and comes with its own backstory! Mocktails are also available, which we appreciated. While you can’t take photos of their specialty drinks, you can order their regular cocktails as well and step out to the lobby to take a photo of it — we tried the French 75!

Next up were Appetizers served at Ravello. This is an Italian restaurant that has a Disney character breakfast in the morning! To drink, we got the Zero Proof Ravello Spritz, which we really enjoyed, but the food here really blew us away!

First up was the Caponata di Melanzane con Burrata e Crostini. It was crunchy, buttery, and cheesy — you can’t go wrong!

The other options we got to try were the Tonno e Salmone Crudo and Polpettine. Our favorite was the meatballs, because WOW! They were so rich and juicy, we’d get them again and again. The Tonno e Salmone Crudo was also very light and refreshing, which we enjoyed.

Then, our main course was over at Capa! To drink, we got the Lavender Haze Mocktail

The Verdes were first up, and this was very summer-y! It was very unique and was an interesting way to put together a salad, which impressed us.

The Patatas were incredibly creamy and smooth, as well as buttery and delicious. We could eat these over and over again and never get tired. They were delicious!

The Tomahawk Steak was very high quality. It was juicy and very rich, and while the ends were a little tough, keep in mind that this is served rare/medium rare, so if that’s not your preference, you may want to ask for it cooked more.

The Calabaza was very crunchy, bright, and reminded us very much of summer. If you’re a fan of squash, you’ll definitely be a big fan!

For dessert, we got to try two different offerings — first up was the Tarta de Queso. The cheesecake was light and fluffy, and the chocolate hazelnut added a nuttiness we really enjoyed.

The other dessert available was the Gazpacho de Melón, but we weren’t able to take a bite of it ourselves. It sure looked delicious, though, and is made with Vanilla Poached Apple & Celery, Saffron Floral Meringue, Celery Chip, and Green Apple Sorbet.

Overall, we had a wonderful time, and it reinforced that there really is some incredible dining to be found just a few minutes away from Disney World. If you’re looking for an upscale, delicious meal, keep these restaurants on your list!
