Who’s heading to Disney World in 2025?

Next year, there’s going to be quite a bit to check out in Disney World, from new rides and restaurants to special entertainment offerings. And of course, there will be plenty of major construction projects kicking off. But you know what may also be changing in Disney World in 2025? The dress code!
Each year, we see trends go in and out of style, and those trends are often reflected in what people wear in the theme parks. We can often tell what’s in style based on which outfits are popular in Disney World.

A few summers ago, athletic dresses were all the rage. A while back, we went through a period of time when bucket hats were the “it” accessory. So in 2025, what will we see? Well, we’ve got a prediction.

Pantone has recently announced its color of the year, and for 2025 it’s a shade called Mocha Mousse. Based on the announcement video, it looks like a soft shade of brown — something that would remind you of a chocolate dessert.
Meet Pantone's Color of the Year 2025: PANTONE 17-1230 Mocha Mousse ?☕
A rich, warming brown inspired by chocolate, and coffee. Earthy, elegant, and comforting—Mocha Mousse connects us to nature and modern refinement.

If we were to put it in Disney terms, we’d have to compare it to the trunk of the Tree of Life, Rapunzel’s hair after Flynn chops it off, or maybe even Olaf’s biceps. In fact, we think Pantone should completely rename the color “Olaf’s biceps” — has a nice ring to it, don’t ya think?

So is it possible we could see people out and about wearing this color in 2025? Maybe! It seems that some of the past colors have been chosen for their influence in the fashion world, so maybe we’ll start to see more people wearing this one out and about in Disney World. It’s really giving “Animal Kingdom chic” as an overall vibe.

But then at the same time, the color has been getting some backlash on social media. Many of the past colors have been vibrant and bold, and with this one falling into the neutral category, people may not flock to it as much. We’ll have to wait and see!
Either way, we’ll be on the lookout for new Disney merchandise collections with this color, so stay tuned to AllEars! Disney loves a good money-making trend.
