Dinosaur Is CLOSED in Disney World!

Even though Disney World is known for being the Most Magical Place on Earth, every once in a while — something not-so-magical happens.

You’ve waited months, years, maybe even your whole life for this trip and then — BAM! An attraction you’ve been looking forward to riding is closed for technical difficulties. For folks heading to Animal Kingdom today, this might just be the case, as a popular attraction is down!

Animal Kingdom is home to some of our favorite attractions, including Avatar Flight of Passage, Kilimanjaro Safaris, and a terrifying little ride known as Dinosaur!

But, on our walk through the park today we noticed that Dinosaur is CLOSED.

We asked the Cast Members stationed out front for details, and they shared that the ride was down for technical difficulties. They also said they would be surprised if the ride reopens at all today based on the level of the technical issues they’re having.

What can you do if this happens to you? Keep checking the My Disney Experience app. Wait times and information on if a ride is closed or not are constantly updated in there. In the meantime, head on over to Expedition Everest or Na’vi River Journey for entertainment instead.
