Chef Richard Blais Opening New Restaurant Near Disney World

Disney World has all kinds of new treats between the 50th Anniversary items and new Holiday snacks.

The castle is so pretty!

But, if you’re ready to visit a whole NEW restaurant on top of that, you’re in luck!

Chef Richard Blais will be open his very first Orlando restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress near Disney World! The tropical themed restaurant will take over the space where Hemingway’s used to be located with nightly dinners and Sunday brunches.

You might recognize Blais as the first winner of Bravo’s Top Chef All-Stars and upcoming co-star of the Gordon Ramsay and FOX cooking competition, Next Level Chef. Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress General Manager Paul Joseph stated, “It’s undeniable how talented and invigorating Chef Blais is. We couldn’t be more excited to be working with him for our newest restaurant. This concept is something very near and dear to our hearts and to Blais’s and we can’t wait to be able to unveil it to our guests.”

The new restaurant is called  Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida KitchenThe theme is inspired by the “four species of flamingos that are native to the Americas and the bird’s tendency to gather and feast in groups.” Chef Blais will feature food inspired by local Florida ingredients on a menu that includes stone crab, signature steak cuts, citrus flavors, Mahi Mahi, and more.
