The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is a new boutique hotel that is set to open this summer near the Disney World Swan & Dolphin. We’ve seen a preview of the views from the hotel and even taken a peek inside of the guest rooms, and today we stopped over to see how construction is progressing!

The hotel building is now standing tall on the property with palm trees all around to give it that Florida feel. And, while it looks almost complete from afar, there’s still some work being done on the exterior.

Construction is coming along!

You can still see some scaffolding on the rooftop plus you can get a peek at how the windows are designed to add some texture to the building with a few protruding a bit out.

There still some work being done towards the top of the exterior

Down on the ground, there is still some work being done on the main entrance area and lobby.

And, the entrance is still underway

And, you can see some more of the work that still needs to be done on the main floor from this angle too.

But it is certainly taking shape!

Once open, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve will have 349 guest rooms, 149 suites, and 2 presidential suites that are all within walking distance (or a water taxi ride) of Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT.
