Looking for a place to relax for a hot minute in Disney’s Animal Kingdom? Well, our advice is to head over to Pandora — World of Avatar.

That’s where you’ll find Na’vi River Journey — a relaxing almost five-minute boat ride down the river with nothing but the sound of Pandora’s wildlife. Sounds kind of nice, right? Well, because the ride is relatively new, you might be waiting a while to get your much-needed me-time. And, today was no different.
When we were walking through Pandora, we spotted the wait for Na’vi River Journey at 65 minutes. And, with social distancing measures in place at the parks in Disney World, that made for one crazy line!

A Cast Member stood in Pandora with the trusty “End of Line” sign and, while you waited, you traveled almost to Harambe Village and back! The line extended across the bridge connecting the two areas in the park and then back to the ride queue.

The length of the line certainly begs the question, is the ride really worth it? We’ve tackled the question before but sometimes any wait is worth 5 minutes of peace and quiet at Disney World. Stay tuned for more Disney news and updates!
